In-game, windowed. Edit (path-to-game)\Haste\Out\Settings\Video.scr (Notepad). Resolution(####,###) yours (no border*). ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless).

NOTE * Deprecated: tester used "resolution+border" values in Video.scr, which is not strictly proper.
