Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues
The game always maximizes to the current desktop resolution. Press F at any time to toggle 16:9 windowed mode.
Gameplay is basically "Vert+" (in narrower aspects). Technically it is Hor+/Vert- in widescreen with a slight change in camera angle.
Cinematic pause is almost strictly Vert-.
The backdrop of 2D cut-scenes is both Hor+ and affected by display height.
Menu scenes have irregular FOV and perspective differences from aspect to aspect.
Ultra/Super-Wide (21:9/32:9) Specific Solution & Issues
Native Hor+ support with a slight loss of Vert FOV.
Menu scenes have slightly altered perspective.
Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues
Native Hor+/Vert- support, with the most Vert loss at the top of the picture ("north"). Playable but not ideal for a top-down game like this. To play on a single screen, first set your desktop to a single-screen resolution.
