The game only runs in 640x480 by default; these steps enable higher resolutions (pillarboxed 4:3).

1. Install the OpenGL Patch.
2. Set your resolution and settings when prompted.
3. If the game crashes when launching a mission run launcher.exe in the game's folder and set anisotrophy and MSAA to 0.
