I'm 30 (as well), so the previous posts concerning Atari and commodre 64 apply ;). Then once PCs became affordable early in the 1990s I grabbed hold of gaming. Doom, Duke Nukem, Quake (which was a revolutionary FPS in its day), Myst, Sim City, M$ Flight Simulator, Wolfenstein 3d, etc... then UT came...

I'm having similar issues with 1280x720 (27" Westinghouse LCD). The LCD only runs 800x600 and 1280x720 native, but since the game only runs/supports 800x600 of those 2 resolutions I can ONLY run 800x600... and in order to even get that to load and play I have to do the shortcut trick and video con e...
