If it's a screen in the game where you have mouse control, I am just able to roll it off the top edge of the primary onto the bottom of the secondary monitor. Once I click it in the top monitor, the bottom monitors game minimizes. Can't help on the second question as both of my monitors are DVI and ...

Setup properly, it's one big desktop. I have a 23" HP and a 19" Viewsonic setup in duel monitor with the 23" primary and the 19" secondary. All the more reason I am happy about having a monitor that supports scaling itself. While getting to a point that there is not stretching or cutting off would be ideal, at least I get to use the full screen in the meantime.

The bigger number is generally the download speed such as 1.5meg, 3 meg, 6 meg. The Upload speed is generally much less than the upload, somewhere between 356k-1.5meg.
