Vista has given me enough problems to make me long for XP. It plays dvds without a codec and there is the aero interface... i have all the obvious security stuff above what came with xp turned off. They pulled sp1 and sp3 from download recently, there are problems with it, like for me, it ruined one... |

Thanks anyway, I donated to you on your page for what you've already done. I don't see why it would be such a bad thing, unless they specifically say no FOV hacks. I've never seen a post saying players aim gets better with a bigger monitor, but i have the opposite, many times, although thats not ver... |

What i have been doing is setting it to 16:9, which increased the overall FOV on my 16:10 monitor. I think somewhere around 16:6 is what im looking for, is that easy to do? Or the hotkey idea? If not, no worries. Thanks again, |

First, thanks for the program, you saved me from missing BF2142's great art work. I was wondering if theres a chance you could add two hot keys to manually increase or decrease the FOV in the punkbuster version? I tried using 15:4 in Battlefield 2142 on a 30", it looked incredible, but i had to have... |

Update: My pixel "noise" problem had been slowly getting worse and i have constantly been having to wiggle the cable connection at the monitor, but i solved the problem with a new cable. Its cheap cable, much thinner than the default cable and not multi-colored. |

Good point, if i got an inference correctly, but i could imagine a lot of situations where that situation "might" pan out. But....hehehe....In an attempt to refresh my brain and do some economic math, i attempted to Google % of broadband households (50%), the poverty rate(12%) and the average US hou... |

I agree. People who pirate games will always pirate. If a game cannot be pirated when they want it they will just wait for it. And no one buys a game when they could pirate it instead. don't agree with the statement that all devs love what they do. All the more reason to give them a reward. ... |

Just finished the demo. Well, i thought it was kind of intresting, but yes, its not very polished i guess, felt like a very promising early beta. On the positive side, i liked the ability to walk really slow, while aiming, which for me is a huge immersion booster because it feels/looks so real and i... |

I have to think the RPG guys wouldn't have rushed in so close though, clearly that was for dramatic effect and added challenge. I could be misunderstanding you, but i think the rushing in of the rpg guys was to make it possible to win, hence much, much easier rather than trying to tag an rpg'er qui... |

I played Doom 3 and its expansion all the way through 6'' from the screen with a 130-140 degree FOV.
More recently, i accidentally played Tomb Raider Legend 3/4 of the way through before i realized i was in stretched 4:3 mode (widescreen mode=OFF), sitting about 20" from the monitor. |

Another 7900gtx might help in sli, if you don't have it already. I know the 7900gtx was faster in SLI than one 7950gx2 in most games according to reviews i read, just to give you a comparison. |
