I'd definitely go SLI over the ddr3 ram. You'll see a lot higher frame rates with SLI rather than the higher bus speed of the ram. Grab a cheaper ~$200'ish motherboard, some 1066 ram for $150, drop the timings down a bit and you can probably clock it to somewhere in the 1200 rang Yes that is a good ...

I haven't played much but the framerates seem better than the beta ... :D

I'll wait for the X38 (with Dual PCIE16Xs) and get one of those, postpone the HTPC project a bit and put my Blitz into that.


And what are you exspecting from the x38 chipset?
It can hardly help you with your problem.

So I got it running, my framerate was stable around 30 with everything maxed.. 28-35. A few things I noticed, first sometimes the screen goes nuts and flickers like mad when zoomed in with the Thomson. Also anyone else get a weird almost flicker like like the mouse is being shaken just a tiny bit? ...

Do you know what engine the game use? Is it the same as MOH Pacfic Assault (great gfx but demanding and no SG)?
