Of course it would be at that resolution. I'm talking about on a single monitor. Specifically 1920x1200. That doesn't really matter, and I think it's fine at 1200res... Sometimes after using a weapon it sticks in the "close up" aiming position and you have to hit shift to put the camera back to nor...

I don't like being scared in games... I just feel constantly anxious and am not really having fun.

[quote]It looks good, I wish it was offline. I will definitely try it out though.

Offline is hard to do, as it's designed to be an MMOFPS. ;)

Well, what I mean is I wish it wasn't an MMOFPS. :)

FYI, the US box for Oblivion GOTY does not come with any of the official plugins sans Nights of the Nine and Shivering Isles.

And the download versions don't work on Windows Vista or 7 last I heard. The only way to play them is from the Knights of the Nine disc, or probably a pirated copy.

"The package will include all four DLC add-ons" Nice, so I wonder if the fourth DLC is launching along side it, or if we will be seeing it sooner. I read alongside it... I also read that on consoles the DLC would just be activation codes, not on a disc. I wonder if PC will be the same. I would re-p...

I thought Borderlands was fine for what it wanted to be... as a Diablo of shooters it pretty much was a 100% success, though full voice acting in 2009 should have been a requirement. Unless you meant as a PC port you lost confidence, which I could agree with. I still can't run the damn game smoothly...

the demo pretty much looked like the leaked content Yes. Word was the game was near completion, it just played like a series of episodes rather than one narrative. If Gearbox have had it for a year already and it's not due for at least six months, I imagine they will add a lot to it, but not recrea...

Good update Scav, thanks. This is a good little game, so people who avoided it before might want to play it now, of course then you're paying for such a crap port job.

I'll move that to the bottom of the OP for now, as I don't have time to reformat the whole DR.

It won't work on the latest Diablo 2 version, maybe that is your problem. Uninstall and reinstall and only patch to 1.2 or 1.12 or whatever it is, the one before the latest one, and it should work.

Don't use widescreen expander, use Resolution Hack, it's much better. And you can ZOOM too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPGBr9Pw7xQ Download: http://www.starcraftresolutionhack.de.vu/ PS. If you are having that color issue in Win7, just open resolution settings from your desktop and leave it ope...

I didn't have any problems with the game... as said, the hacking mini-game is really the only thing terrible about it that I would want patched. The game's reviews from people who actually played the PC game aren't bad either... PC Gamer gave it an 81. People just pile on this game because they're i...

This has been discussed multiple times: if the vert FOV is not fixed, widescreen support is flawed, period. That sort of strict rule is why this site has gotten annoying over the past year or so. This game was obviously designed for 16:9, no doubt about it. At 16:9 you are not missing anything.

[quote]It was obviously based around 16:9, so widescreen users shouldn't worry, only eyefinity and such.

Vert- is Vert-, so yes we should worry about this no matter what screen one runs.

I'm not really going to get into that tired debate again.

I tried to use a file someone sent me and it gave me a runtime error... read up on it and people said you needed to do it yourself.

Who knows though, glad it works either way!

More of your privacy, out the window. Knee-jerk reaction. Fact is, privacy on the Internet is an illusion. It can't go out the window, because it doesn't really exist. Remember that idiot who posted a bomb threat on 4chan and got arrested shortly after? He used public channels to broadcast informat...

The Deus Ex aiming is what throws off the console reviewers... the game is great if you want an actual RPG and don't mind some rough edges.
