not sure if this pic applies and i can't quite remember where i got it from but its saved on my hd. if i recall you need a dual output self switching monitor for this kind of setup and just toggle the mode by switching sli on or off. |

fps, rpgs, rts, race, sim i mostly use my triple head system for fps games and actually haven't bothered with the rest. not much a fan of flight sims and there isn't a racing sim for pc that interests me too much in comparison to games on consoles like forza and gran turismo. only rts games i still ... |

im not 100% sure of this but it may be nvida related? i can get my system with the ati card to display on 2 diff monitors with both different resolutions. but on my nvida system i can only span it and can't set the resolutions of the monitors separately. |

im currently using 3 samsung syncmaster 940n's and love em. i had the same problem as you choosing a nice monitor for a decent price. after doing a bunch of research i couldnt really decide and my th2g arrived early since it was supposed to be backordered. i just ended up heading to the local comp s... |

if its primarily for gaming, i wouldnt suggest it unless you know how to properly manage and break in a plasma tv. then you always have to worry about the burn-in problems slightly after still. if they are 720p then the matrox would probably not support the native resolution of the tvs and im guessi... |
