i don't want to sound cheap, but 450$ is a little bit to much just fro GPU-cooling. :( :(
right now I'm thinking about having airdutcs that will suck out the air between the GPUs. |

you don't have to remove the card if you want to switch to XP & normal SLI.
just disable it in the Windows Hardware Manager and activate SLI.
How do you cool the Cards? are they liguid or air-cooled, what are the temperatures like? |

which other games did you test?
crysis? I'd especially be interested in Ego-shooters, and in these so-called SLI-pauses. |

Pretty amazing... http://gizmodo.com/341413/alienware-curved-monitor-looks-like-its-from-another-planet It's a DLP rear-projection display, using LEDs. It uses four panels, and I just realized that the resolution is 2x1440x900. 2.59M pixels and 3.2:1 aspect. TH2Go is 3.93M pixels and 3.75:1. that i... |

this wouldn't be very economic. how many people do you think would buy three monitors and three GPUs. (6*500 EUR)...
the way it is done now, it is applicable for all 'single screen' configurations and that's certainly a good thing. |

Since a lot of user in this section of the forum have SLI rigs, I wondered if anybody tried to add another GTX/Ultra and see how it performs? from all the tests and benchmarks (about 5 of them) I've read, it becomes obvious that Triple SLI is extremely effective with High Resolutions (i.e. 2560x1920... |

Unfortunately true tactical shooters are rare... I will admit that I don't have a lot of experience in the tactical shooter realm, or any shooters for that matter. Thanks for the information; good to know. you definately want to but OFP and ArmA on that Tactical shooter list. they are supported and... |

1. Infantry simulation (OFP, ArmA)
2. FPS (GRAW, Crysis, COD4 - i've yet to buy these)
I'd love to play racing games on TH but I couldn't find a supported game which i really liked. same goes for air combat simulation. |

no. Dual-Link DVI is Digital only iirc, but it is possible to transmit analogue signals via a Dual DVI-I cable.
