Can anyone tell me if there is a quick way to get matrox support, without registering? the support hotline doesn't work for me and i don't feel like giving them all my personal data.
is it possible that the TH2G D damages monitors attached to it? |

redgun: I guess you are suggesting a single 8800Ultra since SoftTH doesnt support SLI? I've seen the Ultra being almost twice as fast as 8800GTS - but it is pretty expensive though. Why X38? I haven't looked into motherboards yet, so I don't know allot about this chipset. I'm not sure about DDR3 - ... |

if you want to run different sized monitors you are best of with using SoftTH, imho. however SoftTH doesn't allow SLI, iirc. since your budget is huge, i'd recommend something like that: http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=proddesc&prod_no=1255&maincat_no=130&cat2_no=136 or the aircooled version... |

TBH, NFS has been getting worse and worse since Porsche. HP2 was still ok, but all that cheap japanese or VW tuning crap aka Underground, is just a kick in the face of any NFS fan. |

yeah, the data given on the internet is correct. the bezels are exactly 6.85mm narrow, so the gap is about 13.7-13.8mm. that converts to 0.54 inch. |

i tried VLC before. I used deinterlace and cut to 221:100, so the black bars become smaller and the display area becomes wider, but this is not a good solution yet. I'll give Mplayer a try. lets see how it works. thx for all your advice. Mplayer: I can't find a solution. Zoom: I managed to get rid o... |

it harms M$ as they want to sell vista, which has only limited advantagess so far. now that the major reason for anyone to buy vista (DX10) is available under XP, the 'advantages' of vista are even fewer. |
