I just received a reply from Steam support on this problem: Hello Mark, Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. We are aware of the problem and are currently working on a fix for it. We hope to have all of the known issues taken care of fairly soon...

That should have been fixed with one of the patches we did with Valve a while back. According to the programmers at Valve they see the crosshair just fine when running in triplehead. If you have done all your game updates/GPU driver updates and you are still having the problem I guess i'll need to ...
