| Thanks very much for your help Wijkert - that wasnt the fix but pointed me in the right direction! this almost drove me crazy - I went through every option I could think of disabling monitors, re-installing drivers for the umpteenth time, etc. Finally I found that windows Screen Resolution settings ... |
