Out of curiosity, does the game still crash for you with the glide wrapper?
For me If a select the Wrapper I have a crash after every mission, this doesn't happen with the fixed exe in direct 3D. |

Well I used cheat engine and hex editors to search for values, and OllyDBG for coding in assembler the functions.
Anyways here is the link for the good old 1.1 version:
