Found out how to fix the issue.

I had to uninstall the 14.9 AMD Catalyst™ Driver

Install the 13.12 AMD Catalyst™ Driver and the game works like a charm.

I am running into the same issue. The monitors are not going to sleep just black.

Please help, playing on one screen just isn't the same.
