reinstalling the driver didn't fix it, can you tell me how to manually force the resolution?

imusrt, those are the settings I have but it isnt functioning. The HUD isnt centered and menus dont work properly.

I have played ~15 hours of Mass Effect 3 on my current setup, using a 2560x1080 ultra widescreen display and have been using Flawless Widescreen, but it rescently stopped working.
