theres a slight glitch in the patch so im holding off till the next one
seems they got the setting backwards O.o

the flag that should turn it OFF turns it on so once thats fixed ill re-do it

Do we know for sure that this will be fixed? Either way, if you could post a complete solution along with comparison shots in the "Confirmed solutions" board, that would be very helpful.

Would you post a placeholder solution for the current patch in the "widescreen confirmed solutions" board, with screenshots? Simply posting one 4:3 and one 16:10 shot will be adequate. This would help keep people informed in the meantime, until the latest patch is released. I would also mention in the placeholder that the next patch will fix the problem.

The confirmed solutions thread says add the -nowidescreenscale tag, but the announcement thread on the massgate forums says the tag added should be -widescreenscale.
