Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone was aware of any games that allow local, offline two player functionality. I know on the xbox there are some co-op or split screen games so wondered if there were similar ones on PC.

If so, does anyone know if it's possible to use my eyefinity rig to have one player play on one screen and me play on another screen.

My PC is more powerful than an xbox so there's no reason why it couldn't apart from games not being programmed for this.

I have done a fair amount of research into Local Multiplayer games. There are not many out ther as there is a limited market. I have never seen one that supports multiple screens. However if you find a split screen game you might be able to trick it into using multiple screens by arranging your screens vertically with drivers (but keep them side by side) and trying to run them at that odd resolution.

You may also have success running two instances of the game with software to make them them think they are communicating with eachother over LAN, possibly using a virtual machine.

As for single screen multiplayer, look at flash games, there are plenty of good ones.
Another option is to look at older games as they tend to support split screen more often.
Finally you can look at emulated games.

Sorry I do not have spesfic suggestions.

Serious Sam 3 BFE supports that.
For the best experience you need the same number of monitors as you have players.
Game supports muliple mice and keyboards too.
It looks omething like this:
