Ok, i've got confirmation info for joystick support with:
Star Wars Starfighter
Serious Sam Series
Duke Nukem 3d
Doom I and II
Lego Star Wars I and II
Lucasarts Monkey Island Series
Rayman 2: The Great Escape
Jedi Knight
Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II
Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Jedi Academy
Return to Castle Wolfenstein with the following commands:
1. Bring down console
2. Type in "/set In_joystick 1" (w/out quotes)
3. You can save a step by going into the wolfenstein cfg files and changing in_joystick from 0 to 1
Because RTCW is a Quake III based game, i'm going to tentatively assume that all games using the Q-III engine are joystick compatible as long as the console can be accessed or the .cfg file altered.
