Honestly, you must be trolling? There is only one decent game IMO, Oblivion, and I still hate it!

Even though it's All Time Best Game results, here is a list from finnish gaming/computer forum which attracted quite a few voters for the poll. I can agree with the results.

Here's the results.
[list]
[*] 1. Fallout 2[/*:m]
[*] 2. Half-Life[/*:m]
[*] 3. Diablo II[/*:m]
[*] 4. Half-Life 2[/*:m]
[*] 5. Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn[/*:m]
[*] 6. Super Mario Bros. 3[/*:m]
[*] 7. Counter-Strike[/*:m]
[*] 8. World of Warcraft [/*:m]
[*] 9. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[/*:m]
[*] 10. Deus Ex[/*:m]
[*] 11. UFO: Enemy Unknown / X-COM: UFO Defense[/*:m]
[*] 12. Final Fantasy VII [/*:m]
[*] 13. Doom [/*:m]
[*] 14. Fallout 3[/*:m]
[*] 15. Command & Conquer: Red Alert [/*:m]
[*] 16. Metal Gear Solid[/*:m]
[*] 17. Sid Meier's Civilization IV[/*:m]
[*] 18. Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven[/*:m]
[*] 19. Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Restoration of Erathia[/*:m]
[*] 20. Quake [/*:m][/list:u]

I want to highlight year 2000, since great CRPG games like Diablo II, Baldur's Gate II and Deus Ex were launched at that year.

I know I couldn't attempt to give my Top Ten without spending an absurd amount of time thinking of/evaluating everything I've played, so I'm not going to try. I've played and enjoyed many of the titles mentioned, but I'll add one I don't think I've seen yet:

BF1942 (actually the Desert Combat Mod)

In terms of multiplayer game time DC is certainly in my top 3 for most hours logged. I still have vivid memories of awesome moments in that game.

Also, just to be a nit-pick and throw off everyone's list, decades should be measured from year xxx1 to year xx10. There is no year zero, so the first decade was 1-10. Incidentally, the year 2000 was the last year of the second millennium, not the first year of the 3rd millennium, so all those 12-31-1999 uber-parties were for nothing. :mrgreen:

Glad to see someone else argues for that :cheers

We're coming up to an end of a decade in a few months!

Hmm, I see a flaw somewhere in that.

What a twerp post.

Decade = 90s = 90-99
Millenium = 2000 = 1000-1999

The twerp-i-ness though is founded on some small bit of "knowledge" that you have applied incorrectly. A century is defined discounting the 0. So the 21st century is from 2001 to 2100. This is probably where you are picking up this weirdness from.
