I clicked on the table file, without opening Cheat engine first. Works fine now.

Then I loaded up the game, tabbed out and opened the process from the list "TESV.exe" (I don't run it through steam, was causing me to crash every 20 mins)

The problem with this fix is that the menus and hud are centered, but skewed and stretched. Is this normal?

The other fix works great, but the books are unreadable. Did he include a workaround for that?

Please check the game's Detailed Report, under Multi-Monitor Specific Solution, all instructions are included there, its the best way of keeping you guys updated.

Is bezel compensation ever going to work with this game? Without it in this game I get really dizzy... I'm not sure why.

I'm using HaYDeN's fix : http://widescreengamingforum.com/f/u/Skyrim_UW_1.zip with bezel compensation and fov @ 75. resolution is currently 6000 so the setting in fix is set at 2000. Map is there but as soon as you move it it distorts markers, but I'm just following HUD marker and getting lost along the way (way more fun). Books are an issue, but given the scope of this fix it is a minor problem at most.

Thank you HaYDeN and helifax both. :twothumb

I have not tried helifax's solution because I have a work-around for the book reading problem, and I am just so grateful to be able to play this epic endeavor in Eyefinity with the first 'fix' I tried, which was HaYDeN's.

yep, helifax said that he actually likes having everything stretched across all 3, doing so also makes the hud info look correct which may or may not have been part of his thinking.
i was apprehensive about it at first, but now im kinda liking it, its nice having the text larger.
im really glad i was able to mod it for my 3840 as well :D
loving the fix.
helifax, u da man!

Hello,

I am a total noob at this.

I have Dual ATI HD 5870's in crossfire (2) configuration. I know that there are no drivers for skyrim from ati yet.

Last night I tried to change the executable to fallout 3 and it didn't work very well. I used the patch for menus and that worked pretty well; however, the performance was really crappy. So I'm wondering, are 2 HD 5870's enough power to get 5760x1200 triple screen action? I mean, it's basically not playable right now at that resolution.

Is there a guide somewhere with all of the steps to use to set this up?

I'm running one HD 5850 on a resolution of 6076x1080 (bezel corrected) and I'm getting an average FPS of 35. That's with all the settings maxed out, with AA turned off. Turn off crossfire and see if that helps?

The games doesn't support crossfire at all. People have had to actually remove the 2nd card from their system to get eyefinity working at an acceptable performance level. A few pages back there is a guy with the same problem but he has 2 HD6850s and after removing one card form his system he was able to play the game with much better performance.

With bezel compensation my resolution is something like 5978x1080 (not too certain as I'm at work right now). When I divide that by 3 I don't get solid integer. When I put 1992 in the tool, Skyrim will load but I won't see any menu text, only the skyrim logo.

I haven't tried putting 2000, but since it's awfully close to 6000 it'll be worth a shot later.

Thanks.
