Hey guys, if you using my tool, try setup aspect ratio to 16:9 ingame, should fix the hud and menu issues!

Hello everyone, I don't know if there has been another steam update yesterday or today but now dopefish fix is crashing the game. I tried zens' fix and it works but I don't have the minimap and the menus are gigantic and I can't see all of it and I have to guess the options( happens with dopefish fix too).. and the key I set for the exo is not working.. I cant cloak anymore :)) and that's super weird

I'm blamming Microsoft (there's a new icon to install windows 10)

thanks in advance

I did that and the menus become smaller but they overlap between them, it's a bit better but then the game is stretched. I'm on windows 8.1 pro 64 with an amd 6950 and 3 1440x900 monitors. I've even uninstall the latest beta driver I had and install the latest stable but same problem.

hi, surround1 in the .ini should work for u

Code:
pAspect1                 dd 0401851ECh; 1 x 21:9 =                 2.333334  ultrawide  2560/1080 = 2,38
pAspect2                 dd 040AAAAACh; 3 x 16:9 =  1.777778 x 3 = 5.333334  surround1  5760/1080 = 5,34
pAspect3                 dd 04099999Ah; 3 x 16:10 = 1.600000 x 3 = 4.8       surround2  5760/1200 = 4.8

Hey there guys, After reading this and trying the fix provided by Zens and also widescreen fixer to no avail i chose to contact activation support. Below is a transcript of the chat if you're interested to see what they have to say on the matter.

TL;DR This guy couldnt help. told me to set resolution to 1920x1080, sent images and dxdiag report to second team.

Hopefuly someone on these forums manages to create another fix. I have no doubt that Zens used to work but im guessing theyve patched the way zens' program hooks on to or injects into the executable.

Thanks and transcript is below!

:WWTH2Go:

5s ) Jansen V: Activision Support reporting for duty!
( 20s ) Jansen V: Hi, thanks for dropping by! How may I help you today?
( 1m 12s ) joel george: Hey there, i have a triple 19230x 1080 setup using NVSurround however i cant see jack in COD aw, the screen is stretched to a point its impossible to see whats going on. the Aspect ratio, when set to auto, does not correctly adjust accordingly. Any pointers?
( 2m 28s ) Jansen V: Thanks for reaching out to us. Before we start, may I know your Steam ID and email address, please?
( 2m 58s ) joel george: SteamID is ----------- and my email is ---------------
( 3m 47s ) Jansen V: Thank you. What are your current set-up under the Video option inside the game?
( 4m 12s ) joel george: Resolution is 5760 x 1080, aspect ratio is auto, fov is 65
( 4m 27s ) joel george: What specifically do you need to know, there are a lot of options
( 5m 26s ) Jansen V: I actually need the resolution, but the aspect ratio and FOV is good. You should not experience any issue with the graphics of the game with your current AR and FOV. The only thing I have some doubts is with your current resolution. Have you tried lowering that?
( 6m 11s ) joel george: i can drop it to 3840x720 however to no avail, the image is still stretched. Putting it on 1920x1080 would defeat the point of 3x monitors
( 6m 37s ) Jansen V: Yeah, I agree. What's your Graphic card? Model and build name, please.
( 6m 55s ) joel george: gtx 780ti
( 7m 0s ) joel george: uhm driver build?
( 7m 12s ) joel george: 353.30
( 8m 9s ) Jansen V: Thanks for the info.
( 9m 39s ) Jansen V: Actually, I have my suspicion that it could be an issue with the Graphic card. I am not saying that your Graphic card is not good, it's actually pretty powerful. However, the issue is that it's not really made to be overloaded with 3 monitors. Actually, it would be perfect for two monitors. Have you tried running it with two monitors with the current resolution setting you have?
( 10m 50s ) Jansen V: By experience, you may need to use an SLi to run the game on a pretty high setting.
( 11m 38s ) joel george: the card is fine, i mean i can drop the settings down if i was getting FPS lag but i mean ive run Crysis 3 on this thing at this resolution, all-be-it at around 20-30 fps on high setting but if i was to drop AW down to medium or high, it should still be fine. The problem really is with the stretching, if the card was bad, the game would run at low frame rates however i cant even really get into a game because it stretches so badly. If i take a few screenshot and throw them on Imgur, will that help illustrate the problem?
( 13m 39s ) Jansen V: Oh, I am not saying the card is bad. What I am just trying to convey is that the stretching issue is happening because the game requires a little bit more to run in a higher setting. The issue here is that the resolution cannot go up in a setting you want it to run in. Rather, not setting but just the resolutin.
( 13m 42s ) Jansen V: resolution.
( 13m 50s ) Jansen V: resolution.*
( 15m 43s ) joel george: perhaps stretching isnt the right word, am i okay to link some screencaps in here?
( 17m 7s ) Jansen V: Sure thing.
( 18m 22s ) joel george: http://imgur.com/FApRXuh,yM04EPi,kWbj5J ... uN,Okz120i
( 19m 3s ) joel george: thos images arent cropped, as you can see by the image on tab number 3, what i actually see is the bottom 15-20% of the screen
( 21m 18s ) joel george: that is taken with the settings at 5760x1080 and the aspect ratio set to auto. Ive done a little research before contacting you and i believe that the aspect ratio is not scaling to 48:9 which is what it should be at that resolution
( 22m 57s ) Jansen V: Hmm. Can you change the Monitor Aspect Ratio to Manual?
( 23m 13s ) joel george: within the game?
( 23m 25s ) Jansen V: Yes please. Also, where is this picture coming from: http://i.imgur.com/FApRXuh.jpg
( 23m 49s ) joel george: The only options in game are 16:9, 16:10, 4:3 and auto, there is no manual
( 24m 4s ) joel george: that image is in game with the resolution at 5760x 1080 and the aspect ratio at 16:9
( 26m 46s ) Jansen V: I understand. Okay, can you upload the photo's to this ticket number please: 04638706. Here's how to upload them pictures:
1. Log-in to http://support.activision.com/ Please use your Support account profile where the ticket was created.
2. Click MY SUPPORT located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click MY CASES
4. Then search for the ticket number: 04638716
5. There should be a button saying attachments there, hit that and attach the photo I requested
( 28m 1s ) Jansen V: I really can't offer a solution to this issue right now, but I'll try to forward this ticket to the appropriate department for further checking. I also need to request your DxDiag and System Info, please attach them to the ticket number I have listed above.
( 28m 2s ) joel george: Do you want all the pictures or just the one you linked to me?
( 28m 25s ) Jansen V: All the pictures you can share with us regarding the issue. The ticket number should be: 04638716
( 28m 37s ) joel george: ive found the ticket, im attaching the images now
( 30m 56s ) joel george: Ive added those images along with the DxDiag report
( 31m 59s ) Jansen V: Thank you so much. I will be forwarding this ticket towards the appropriate department so we can check on this issue on our end. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any time frame as to when we will be able to update you. For now, please try playing the game on a lower resolution. Also, will there be anything else that I can assist you with today?
( 32m 16s ) joel george: Thats it thank you very much :)
( 32m 30s ) Jansen V: No problem, Joel! If that will be all for now, thanks for chatting with Activision Support. You can also reach us through Twitter and Facebook @ATVIassist and through support.Activision.com
