Unfortunately no more native widescreen support like in Worms 3D.
But editing the "launcher.cfg" in the game directory works great. Don't forget to make the file "read only" after editing.
Have fun!

What exactly do you mean when you say, "Didn't want to open"? If it was Windows telling you that it doesn't know what to open the file with, point to 'Select Program from List' when the box pops up, select 'Notepad' or 'Wordpad' (making sure the 'always open file type with this program' box is unchecked) and click OK. It should open then.

Win 98 had a max file size limit of 64KB with Notepad. 2000 and XP removed that limit.

I've edited the file, saved it, and made it read only. However, when I launch the game through the launcher, the launch menu for display reads 640x480 instead of 1680x1050. I can type in 1680x1050 directly in the launcher, but either way, the game is launched at 640x480. I've even tried launching the game directly through the worms4mayhem.exe file to no avail.

Any possible solutions?
