I can see exactly what you mean and i think that it is slightly Vert+ too.

I think maybe those 2 race images aren't completely identical so i'll try and take another 2 in a bit, but here's the pre-race screens .....



So i think it's safe to say that the non-race FOV is also vert+ and i'll try and take another couple in-race.

Nice to see decent widescreen support. However I'm disappointed with the controls. This is the first NFS I've tried since Underground and compared to RACE 07, Sega Rally or Juiced 2 the cars in Pro Street feel like a tank.

Too true.
Just trying the game for the first time right now.
Perhaps i dont have a good enough car yet, but selecting King mode to turn all the assistance off, the cars definitely feel like tanks.

Will update as i progress through the game, but it does not look like this is going to be as much fun as underground 2, most wanted or carbon.
I hope i am wrong though.
