For both the Dungeon Lords and EE2, I would inquire with squ1zzy. Development on the UniWS is basically stopped, as the old contributors are no longer active and squ1zzy has stepped up to produce patches.

You can add Empire Earth 2 expansion (art of supremacy) to the ini file.

Exactly the same 'changes' as normal empire earth 2, although, executable name is ee2x.exe now.

I have tested it with both campaign as skirmish game and noticed no problems at all.

Add:
Code:
[Empire Earth II Art of Supremacy expansion]
   details=Patches any version. Point to the folder containing ee2x.exe (Game's Folder).13101310Select the 1280x960 resolution in game to use your custom resolution.
   checkfile=ee2x.exe
   modfile=ee2x.exe
   undofile=EE2x.undo1
   sig=000500000005000040060000580200000003000060030000C003
   sigwild=00000000000000000000000000
   xoffset=0
   yoffset=24
   occur=1

I have tried this method, the uniws told me that patching is successful, however, it doesn't works, even the "EE2X.undo1" does not appear

Sorry to ressurect an old thread but...

A problem with using UNIWS on EE2 is when I try to run multiplayer, it says there's a discrepancy between my exe and the server's.
The server has set a different res using UNIWS to my PC. If I set mine to match the server, it works. Except my computer lags at that res.

Is there a checksum in the exe that can be modded to make it work?

If I set mine to the same as server, it works but my comp lags from too high res.

Is there a checksum in the exe I can change?

Sorry about being so late about this. First to burna: Can't you just select a lower res than the widescreen one? I think it is only the 1280x960 that's converted to widescreen so you should still be able to choose 1024x768 on the smaller comp. Of course that isn't widescreen but it should be less laggy.

Second: I have bought Empire Earth II off Direct2drive and for some reason UniWS doesn't seem to recognise my file. Maybe because it has DRM attached and the bytes that need to be fixed have been moved. Any one who has instructions for doing the changes in a hex-editor?

Yeah, I've been doing that. It's just the slower machine is also widescreen so its a little bit annoying.
