Doesn't work for me. :(
I'm running 5760x1080 with eyefinity and when I enable the fix, I just get three black screens. With the fix disabled I have the game on the middle screen again.
For another game with the same issue, it helped to set the middle screen as "preferred screen" in Catalyst, but I checked and it's still set that way, so I guess that's not the problem.

Has anyone encountered the same issue and found a solution? I'd really like to websling on three monitors, that would be awesome. :)
