Although the game supports any resolution, for some stupid reason, I get the letterbox effect (black bars on the top and bottom of the screen) even when playing at a 16:9 res. Anybody know how to turn that off? |

dude the game is made with letter box bars. thats how its meant to be. They did it to keep a cinematic feel to the game. Awesome game by the way :) |

But, if you've got a widescreen display, wouldn't it be better to take the bars off the top and bottom and left and right and get the cinematic feel to fill your whole panel? |

Exactly, it ridiculous. I already have it in widescreen. The image gets stretched out because of the letterbox. If it didn't have the letterbox, it would look perfect. |

yeah but 4:3 aspect ration got the upper hand because widescreen its not wide spread and or popular for the average player ( :P ) regardless its an awesome game :) |

Regardless, if it gives the option to use widescreen resolutions, it shouldn't also use letterbox. That's just dumb. The whole point of letterboxing it to view in 16:9. |
