I've tried searching THawk2.exe for the default resolution in a hex editor and changing the resolution in the config file without success. Any suggestions?

*Edit:

I managed to locate the default resolution in the .exe. The offset is 00029085. However, when I change the resolution the game crashes when it boots up.
