I am a total noobling when it comes to widescreen ratios however I ordered a Dell 2407WFP 24" a couple of days back and will be receiving it tomorrow.

I have been reading some of the fixes on this site where there are options to run a game in 16:9 and also 16:10. Is there a constant I can follow as for which apect to use or will it depend on the content? I plan on running as much as I can at 1900 x 1200.

Any help on this appreciated.

Hey,

Stick with 16:10 since that is the ratio of your monitor. If you want to play a game that doesn't have ws support and is stretched you can find info on the forum on how to get black bars around the picture(if your gfx/monitor can do it).
