I'm asking because I play the SP campaign at 1280x720 (23" Acer H233H.bmid being driven by an overcranked Celly E1200/ATI HD3450 combo and Windows 7 RTM x64) and I'm not having any trouble since applying both the Titan Pack and Patch 5. (The normal desktop resolution is 1920x1080 non-interlaced; I dropped to a lower, but still WS, resolution due to the low-end GPU.)

If the solution is pre-Titan patch or post, I think.

To the best of my knowledge, it was written pre patch. However, it equally applies post patch.
