Hello, new to these forums so I hope I'm putting this in the proper place...

I got an LG 29 inch Ultrawide monitor for Christmas of 2017 and have loved it ever since. Most modern games seem to play nicely with it, as does my PS4. However, with it being spring break I wanted to try the Mass Effect Trilogy again on my new monitor, only to find Ultrawide isn't natively supported. I've downloaded the Flawless Widescreen application, and despite research on manual display settings (I tried the recommended fix with 2560x1080 Width and Height, along with HUD X being set to 320), I'm still finding it to not work properly. The game will launch on my monitor, but ends up creating black bars across the top and bottom and stretching it extremely wide as shown below. My break is slowly dwindling away so fast help would be much appreciated. :S
