Hi guys, hopefully a quick question! I am wondering what is the best way to switch from a 3x1L eyefinity set up for gaming, back to a multiple monitor set up so that I can have each monitor be a separate entity that will allow me to use the Win7 features such as dragging a window to the top of a single monitor and filling just that monitor (for work). I thought I had it figured out with the presets function, but it doesn't seem to be working. Also, if I color correct each separate monitor and enable eyefinity, will it override the individual color correction through spyder2pro?

Thanks in advance!

Create profiles for eyefinity and the extended desktop setups you want. Then create a keyboard shortcut for each.

For me I have

ctrl+shift+8 = eyefinity group
ctrl+shift+9= extended desktop
ctrl+shift+0 = side monitors disabled

Yup, do this. If you want to automate the process, for example, when opening and closing a game, download RadeonPro. You will be able to set profiles that should be activated before the game starts, and profiles that should be activated once the game ends. This is a good way to automatically jump between Eyefinity and extended mode.

Thanks a lot! Already found the "Hotkey's" in CCC2, but couldn't see any use for it cuz i didn't have Eyefinity Then.

Now i set 3 Profiles, one for Eyefinty, for 2 Screens, and for 3 Screens. Oh, and whats kinda usefull, if you have your own Windows 7 design (for Widescreen Wallpapers) you can also start an .exe file with CCC Profiles! your own Themes are saved in"C:UsersYOURPC'sNAMEAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsThemes" designname.theme

Now autmaticly switches to Eyefinity Wallpapers when i Activate Widescreen.

Thanks a lot!

This wasn't working properly since 11.0 drivers introduction and been a problem up too 11.04

I'm still runing 10.10 because of that.

Profiles don't save screen position, group and setting anymore.

Are they working now in 11.5?

Have you tried re-loading a saved profile? As in, loading it twice? The profile shortcuts have always done that to me. About half th etime, my Extended profiles laod, but the screen arrangement is incorrect. Loading it again fixes this. This has occured from 9.11, and up.
