I currently own two 23in monitors. One is a Dell that runs at 1920x1080 native res. The other is a Samsung and it runs at 2048x1152. I plan on purchasing another monitor that runs at 1920x1080, and if possible id like to run eyefinity with all monitors running 1920x1080, so it would total 5760x1080 res. So my question is, will my 2048x1152 monitor be compatible in this type of setup? Will I be able to lower the res, to below native resolution and run it at 1920x1080 like the rest of my monitors? Or will I need to get another monitor to replace this, which runs native at 1920x1080.

You'll be able to run everything at 1920x1080 just fine.
