As a prior triplehead2go user i wounder if it's possible to maximize a window on one monitor just like th2g? Without disabling eyefinity. |

Nope. Unless you have Eyefinity, plus a fourth display. |

Actually you can, using Hydragrid (Hydravision) which is an extra download from AMD. |

Forget it's name, but the Matrox screen management utility works on non-Matrox hardware as well. |

There are so many programs that can do this. Hydragrid is supposed to be really good now (newer versions made a lot of improvments I hear) I think display fusion or ultramon can do this. Also you can always do what I do and just switch between eyefinity and landscape mode with a ATI profile. |

I didn't even consider external programs.. :oops: last I used Hydravision, it was quite aweful. But then, that was years ago. Though, when i my EF profiles and resize window to fit one display, the size is always remembered for next time.. but maybe I'll give Ultramon ago - i liked it enough when i first used it about 5 years ago. |

I read the forums and found Splitview. That rly does the trick. Very simpel just split the desktop into 3 equal parts in the advanced tab and voila. Everthing runs smooth maximizing to only one screen. |

I read the forums and found Splitview. That rly does the trick. Very simpel just split the desktop into 3 equal parts in the advanced tab and voila. Everthing runs smooth maximizing to only one screen. Just download SplitView 2011 30 days trial version and it's not doing the job as well as you said : I setup it like below : 
And when you maximise the windows there is a Problem with the bezel !
