Ok so heres the situation, i have one 23" monitor that has vga, dvi and hdmi inputs, I also have two 21.5" that only have a vga input at the back,

I want to get them to work with eyefinity so that i can play games across all three,
this is my graphics card it has:
Mini DisplayPort x 2
Dual-link DVI x 1
Single-link DVI x 1
HDMI x 1

Cables I have:
2x DVI to VGA cables
1x and ACTIVE mini display port to DVI:
and an assortment of DVI and VGA cables,

my main question is how can I get it to work, I've tried two DVI to VGA and a mini DP to DVI, but one of the VGA monitors isn't detected.

if you guys could come up with a combination that works, it would really help me out,
sorry if the format of this topic is strange I don't post to forums much,

Thanks in advance :)

Problem is that one of the DVI connections cant do VGA.

So. You'll need to need to do 1 of the following:

1. Connect 1 monitor to DVI->VGA that can only do VGA.
Connect the one that can do DVI to DVI (Digital only).
Buy a MiniDP->VGA adapter and connect it that way.

2. Connect 1 monitor to DVI->VGA that can only do VGA.
Connect the one that can do DVI to MiniDP->DVI Adapter.
Buy a MiniDP->VGA adapter and connect it that way.

Eitherway, you need to buy a MiniDP to VGA adapter.

NP lemme point you to monoprice for cheaper VGA adapters. I used them for a while and they work very well.
