Now that the problem is solved: At least in gaming, your use for the monitors, do you find the image clear and beautiful? Is it superior to other LCDs you may have had in the past? Is it superior to the 226BW?

Sorry John, I'm not hugely picky on my LCD's... so as far as I can tell they are great!

My 226BW is in the middle with both the 2253's at each end. The colour/brightness looks better on the 2253 but then again, my 226 is a year old.

To me they look perfect and very clear at 5040x1050.

2253 BW's rock! Doubt you could get such a quality monitor anywhere else for the price, work great out of the box with the TripleHead2Go as well.
