I don't know if this is old news or not, but it looks like the foretold firmware has been released. http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/support/drivers/download/latest/ including support for 5040 on ATI cards. It says on the page July 7, but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't available then... I think the WHQL 9.7 drivers are floating around already... |

Does anyone know if this solves the problem vista is having with NVIDA drivers that are older than v182? |

I installed the firmware update. updated my Nivdia driver to the latest version (I run win XP pro) now I can get 1920x1200 natively on my 24" monitor (single display) for some stupid reason in games before the update I can only chose up to 1680x1050 in games (1920x1200 won't show up) I don't like the new powerdesk software.. they made a new ratical UI change.. |
