I've had the analog version pretty much since it came out but recently it wont work anymore. So I RMA'd my TH2GO they sent me a refurbished replacement back. I hooked it up and it wouldn't work either. So I RMA'd that one and the input cable. They sent another one back with a new input cable.

I and their Tech support find it hard to believe that 2 replacement units have been faulty, and now they would like to replace my power-supply cable

I'm all for this because I want to get it going again, but my question is could this be a possibility that its not working or could it be my video-card drivers causing it?

The unit has power but on the screens its really jittery or blank and sometimes I see 2 sets of desktop icons and 2 mice. Lines and text is horribly displayed. Light on the TH2Go is dim green

Just checking if anyone has had similar issues.

I even tried it out on my old XP machine and it did the same thing so I kind of ruled out drivers but my current ones on this machine are. 186.18 with 1 8800GT nvidia card.

All was working great till one morning I woke up and all three screens were taking turns coming on and going off.

Shipping costs are killing me here and I'm about 50 bucks away from what it would cost for a new unit, also I paid for a refurbished TH2GO and if its only been the power supply cable the whole time I'm not gonna be too happy either, but matrox policies keep you from sending everything together.

Thanks for any help

Turned out to be a faulty power supply

So I paid 160 bux + shipping 3x for a faulty power supply.

Happy its working again but mad that I actually only had to buy a 30.00 power supply
