Like other Telltale games, It's runs at 21:9 & higher resolution but there's black borders at the side of screen when ingame.

Is anyone working on a fix atm. I've tried flawless widescreen's walking dead plugin but it's crashes the game when I press new game.

Same thing here. The game shows 2560x1080. Some of the game menus show up in 21:9. But the actual game has black on the sides.
If you enable the Flawless Widescreen walking dead plugin, you see it show up like it sees the game, but the game will crash after it loads the actual game play.

Yep, same here. I can't get it to work with the Flawless Widescreen plugins either. The game crashes for me as soon as I load it as well.

Unfortunately those fixes are game-specific... Not only that - they're usually version-specific; any game patch calls for an updated plugin. And since every TWD is released episodically, the chances that a new episode breaks a former plugin are pretty high.
So if anyone's willing to fix TWD:M they're probably waiting for the whole story to be released first.

You can always let TellTale know what you think of forced 16:9 from their support center (don't bother with Steam forums - they don't look there).

I think all Telltale Games are quite the same the CheatEngine Solution should work on this one too --> http://www.wsgf.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=95&t=31782

I used the Cheat Engine on these Telletale Games --> http://www.wsgf.org/category/game-compa ... tale-games
