Everytime I look at Paddy's screenshots I realize just how jealous I am, and how much my computer sucks... Oh how I wish I could run this.

Stupid dell and their incompetence to put in a friggen AGP/PCI Express Slot

I played GRID for a short while tonight - Goddamn, do I suck at this game. Still, it's fun enough that I went looking for a steering wheel - when I got one originally, I was suddenly a lot better at sim-type racers than with the keyboard.

That they are especially at max detail ;)

I could probably run it if my card has shader model 3, I could shell out 100USD for a x1550 pci card, but I dont feel like it :P

Paddy, you've got some 24" screens around your place. Can you confirm that 1920x1080 and 1920x1200 work?

[quote]Where's this promised release day patch eh ?!

Paddy, you seem to be crashing in a lot of your screenshots. Not saying anything about your driving abilities ofc ... !
Ha-ha ... that was just messing ... deliberately creating mayhem ... honest ... :P
As for the release day patch ... I read somewhere on the codies forum that it might be a couple of weeks as MS has to pass it ... :?
Also ... SLi support will be added and Nvidia will be releasing updated drivers to reflect that.

Paddy, I think those screenshots just sold me on this game. :D
It is an awesome game ... the driving takes a bit to get used to ... once you "click" with that it is AWESOME !
I recommend you try the demo if you haven't already.

I thought there was alot of crashing going on too ;)

So how is the PC version compared to the xbox Paddy? Identical? Drop me a PM mate tell me whats been happening, Ad
