It's EA, I'm guessing not, and they won't acknowledge normal 16:10 WS either.

We only knock them because roughly 4/5 games we've seen produced by one of their studios (EA Sports is a particular favorite) and their publishing house (EA Games), have wiped out proper widescreen support in favor of one thing or another. Check out the Awards we recently gave out and you'll understand our sourness towards EA. Maybe they're getting it right finally, if a little late to the game.

IMHO the zoom issue make the game somewhat unplayable.

it was the same problem with C&C tiber war.

wish someone comes out with a fix

It does work but it is zoomed in too much. You can only see like 2 buildings at a time. I hope a fix would be available soon. There is no FOV option in the cfg file.

I'm sure RA3 uses the same SAGE engine that started with CnC:Generals, the BFME series, and CnC3. As such, Triplehead resolutions will be borked by the engine's serious affection for all things Vert -, resulting in a camera so low that counting roof shingles is easy.

It is possible to fix, as I did with the BFME2 mods, but I don't have RA3 and refuse to purchase it because of the DRM they use.

So if you can get EA to fix the DRM, I'll fix the game to work in Triplehead.

Or I suppose you could just ask EA to make the game work in Surround, but somehow I doubt they'll take interest.
