Hi,

I'm running a 5850 and 3x Dell P2210's in Eyefinity at 5040x1050.

However when i try to launch BF2 it just CTDs. Have tried deleting video.con and adding a custom res to the CMD line but neither works.

I can get the game to launch using two screens in eyefinity but not three.

Help ?

BF2 patch 1.50 only works to 16:9 and 16:10 aspect ratios with correct FOV.

Others aspect ratios like surround gaming are not supported and BF2 is Vert-.

why hasnt a new widescreenfixer for FOV in patch 1.5 been released? Is there a console command for setting FOV that doesnt result in a punk buster kick?

Once i switched the monitors to vertical 3310x1680 BF2 just CTDs, still it was a lot to expect a 5 yr old game to work ;)

Loaded the demo of OPF2 and it instantly recognizes the custom res, no stretching at the sides like Crysis etc.

BF v1.5 has native HOR+ (like 2142 v1.5) for standard 16:10 and 16:9, just select it in the menu. BF has never and will never properly support multi-mon gaming. The engine just cannot do it.
