Non Variables:
Display Size: 255mm X 195mm to 320mm X 240mm
Fresnel Lens Size 400mm X 320 MM

Variables:
Distance between displays >90mm (Increased if display size is decreased)
Lens focal length: either 220mm 330mm or 550mm
Distance between lens and screen: 5mm to 220mm
Viewing distance (from display): 630mm to 970mm

I need to find the optimum configuration(s) with image quality being a priority second only to the display completely filling the fresnel lens to the edge so that multiple displays can be placed adjacent to each other to form a seamless display. I assume that using a lens with a focal length of 220mm would be appropriate but will I be able to get a seamless display with that focal length with the viewing distances proposed?

I've really only seen a single website with explanations and breakdowns of a triple monitor Fresnel lens setup (the rest usually being youtube videos of racing/flight sims using a setup like this). The person who made it noted some peculiarities associated with using 3 lenses. The biggest one being an amplified fish eye effect on the outer edges of the screens due to the groove pattern on the lenses themselves. I really wish I could remember the search terms I used on google to locate it. I think that article would definitely assist you.
