I have TH2Go running 3840X1024 resoution with FSX on 3 22" Samsung monitors. All the scenery is nice except that some ground lights (city street lights) and the Runway & taxi lights at night are about 2-3x the normal size and are fuzzy. When I look at these same objects in another 4th monitor (i.e., tail view of the plane) which is 1024x768, they are fine. Is there any correction for this?

It is probably because it's stretched out on the edges of your side monitors, which is normal. I am running FSX on 4 monitors and I haven't noticed any obvious stretching though. It should stretch a little bit on the triplehead2go.
