Post subject:  Recording surround gaming videos help

Hi, I recorded a video of my game using using Fraps and I was wondering how I can edit/encode/etc my video so that I can upload my videos on youtube or w/e without it getting squished together?

Here is an example of what I mean when I uploaded my video :

http://files.filefront.com/WoW+2008+12+05+01+44+32+06avi/;12558493;/fileinfo.html

I want the video to be like : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-M5kIvjYi5s

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Your video uploaded correctly to Filefront. The streaming player on their site stretches the video to fill the frame, and I don't think there is any setting to prevent it. Youtube operates the same way (based on my limited testing).

Use VirtualDub or another editor to add letterboxing to your Triplehead videos prior to upload if you want to prevent the stretching.
