Hey there,

I've searched a lot but cant seem to find an answer to this.

Will the TH2G work well on 1080p monitors? I know the resolution isn't supported but can the image be scaled down to look good and without bars? Someone here must be using, or have tried to use something similar (24"s or 28"s).

I'm on the fence about whether I should order three 28" LCD's at 1080p or three 32" LCD TVs at 1360 x 768. I currently game on a 50" plasma at 1360 x 768 and it works flawlessly. I'm just not certain if it would work well w/ the TH2G.

Thanks in advance.

There are a few people who use 1080p screens with it. It all comes down to how the internal scaler preforms in the display and it's ability to lock 1680x1050 at 57hz. That'll instantly knock out a bunch of options. If you're talking about using tv's 720p 32" might be another option more plausiable because it'll open more standard hz panels.

I know DTH2G will lock 1680x1050 57hz just fine on Samsung LCDs like the 245BW, but those aren't tvs.

Any suggestions on which 1080p screens work other than the Samsung?

I'm leaning towards the I-Inc 28s (same as Hanns-g) as theyre reasonably priced from TigerDirect.

Thanks for the info Ghimpi.
