I just wondering what graphic card I must purchase to run Crysis on HighUltra High in 3840x1024 resolution?...

I'd say nothing less than a top-end single-GPU card or an SLI setup. I can't say exactly what you would need, as I don't have such a card myself.

With SLI I haven't seen an 8800GTS setup break 20 fps on LOW.

Two of the highest end Nvidia cards (280 I think?) in SLI will probably get you mediocre results.

Tri-SLI GTX280 allowed me to pretty much run High+ some v.high at 5040, motion blur disabled... i hate it. So SLI GTX280 or tri-SLI GTX280. Thats the closest you'll get.

Nvidia 295 GTX SLI. But why would you spend much for just one game? I bet you already finished Crysis single player in the first place.
