Anyone get NBA2k11 to work with Nvidia surround?

Seems like when I select any of the triple screen resolutions from the pull down the aspect ratio is thrown off and top annd bottom of screen is chopped off or zoomed in.

Has anyone had any luck with this game in eyefinty? I know that portrait mode works but not landscape.
