I just tried my multi-monitor setup with Hitman: Absolution.

At first I thought everything was perfect. I started the tutorial mission and the three monitors were working. The narrator then applied two guages to the bottom right of my center screen. WOAH... in business!

Then I realized that all my textures were black!! There was no detail. It wasn't the sun blocking the detail as I thought, it actually wasn't rendering properly.

I changed to 1920x1080 and it worked just fine.

It seems they did implement multiple monitor support however some sort of weird issue happening. Could be unique to my machine.

Let me know if anyone else tried it out.

I believe this is a known problem and was also present in de sniper challenge demo. HaYDen is on a business trip, but was planning on trying to fix this issue when he comes back.

I've only done the benchmark and played through the first few minutes of the tutorial so far, but it's working for me without any issues. It's got a proper 6048x1080 bezel compensated resolution and centered HUD running on 2 HD 7950s with 12.6 drivers.

*Edit: I was getting some pretty bad tearing on my center screen until I disabled "Exclusive Fullscreen" from the Launcher Options.

Are you using an Nvidia or ATI card?

Yeah, I am using Nvidia 670's so... most likely the issue is unique to Nvidia. :(

Seems there is a new driver for Hitman!

http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articl ... s-released

See if it fixes it. They say it is essential... so I assume that could be the issue I am seeing.

Same issue occurs.

:(

After some more testing, it seems if I put everything to lowest settings in a window(however still full resolution) it seems to work.

I will continue playing around for a workaround. This game is also terrible when it comes to optimization... at lowest level I am only getting about 70fps on benchmark at 5760x1080.

Compared with BO2 which I get about 135 fps with everything turned on full.

Hopefully some patches come out soon. Might have to sell my 670's and get two 690's LOL

Final Edit - Seems that if you uncheck 'full screen' and 'Exclusive Fullscreen' in the options, it works properly. The strange thing is if I leave the resolution to 'full' then it doesn't create a window, it is still full screen.

Anyways, works now. Will play. :) *cough* The game is gorgeous.

Yeah, that new beta driver for Nvidia cards added the Hitman: Absolution SLI profile.

Guess it didn't have one before?

I'll be curious to get these in and see if any performance benefit.

I'm running 2x gtx570's here and I unchecked "Exclusive Fullscreen" and running all High options with FX AA and game ran fine.

Triple monitor, nice centered HUD, etc.

Framerate left a bit to be desired but I suppose that's par for the course unless the game wasn't using both cards.

Be interesting to see if these betas improve the framerate at all. Currently running driver v295.73 so go figure.

Hey,

I also using 3 monitors with my GTX 670 Nvidia card with the latest beta drivers (310.61), but I noticed that the game doesn't uses the bezel resolution that I configured in the Nvidia control panal. I set the resolution in the game to the bezel one (6080X3240) but the image doesn't transforming properly to the other screens. I changed the resolution to the standard 5760X3240 and the game display the image the same.

Anyone knows how it can be fixed? or maybe it's a bug in the game or in nvidia drivers?

Thank you.
