Today I just received my third monitor for surround gaming and have had nothing but trouble. Quick run down of my PC
MSI gtx 1060 3g fx6300 hyper 212 evo GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P mobo corsair 750 watt psu 3 Asus 23.6" VS Series VS247H-P (1920x1080) Windows 10
Monitors are connected by hmdi to dvi, dvi to dvi, and display port to dvi (graphics card output, monitor input)
My problem is that my games run at 6-7 fps in all locations in the game (menus, loading screens, in game). I have found a solution but its incredibly annoying. If i set in game resolution to 1920x1080, and change it back to my native 5760x1080, it fixes the slow fps and everything works. I am at a loss and can't figured out why it would do this. I've tried switching whats plugged in where, updating drivers, playing windowed, border less window, with or without V-sync, and restarting my computer. The only thing that fixes the problem is changing the resolution to 1920x1080 and then back to the native of 5760x1080. I just want to be able to launch my game in the native 5760x1080 and not have 6-7 fps without setting changing. Thanks for all help.
